Bertrand Demierre holds a law degree from the University of Lausanne. He was qualified to practice as an attorney in 2001. For several years, Bertrand worked as an in-house counsel in a bank.
His main areas of practice are Banking law, Company law, Employment law, Sales law, Asset recovery and Insolvency, Civil and Criminal proceedings. He is a member of the Vaud Bar Association, of the Swiss Bar Association and of the Council of the Vaud Bar Association. He is a co-author of the book « Système de prêt: contrat-cadre », Association des musées suisses, AMS 2012.
